Icelandic volcano causes air travel chaos in Europe

Was talking with a member of this 'ere' forum last night and he was saying he and his family are stuck in the UK unable to get back out here. On the BBC News they are saying that the air space of several European countries has been closed to all commercial air traffic. These countries include Ireland, UK, Sweden, Holland, Denmark and Belgium.

Good luck to any who are travelling to or from that region in the next few days.

They reckon the cloud has now reached parts of Newfoundland to the west and in some places is down almost to the Black Sea to the east. Some northern parts are clearing now but for how long, nobody knows.
