running in the rain

Post by Snowflake on Tue Mar 30, 2010 5:39 pm

i just came back from a very nice 5k run in the park... All Thais look strangly at me when i go for a run in the raing any ideas to why they think you should not run in the rain?

What are your thoughts about running in the rain?

I feel it refreshing and much nicer than running in the sun... I still get soaking wet by my sweat so i guess the effect is the same...

Any thoughts?
