Nok Air - I beg to differ. I'll take Air Asia.

I need to fly to Bangkok during my break in mid-October. These are the current prices that I saw online at each company's website:

Going by Nok Air...

Fare to BKK: 763 baht
TAX, FEE and SURCHARGE: 1,226 baht

Fare to NST: 716 baht
TAX, FEE and SURCHARGE: 1,273 baht

Total: 3,978 baht


Going by Air Asia...

Fare to BKK: 778.50 baht
Airport Tax: 50 baht
VAT: 58 baht

Fare to NST: 778.50 baht
Airport Tax: 100 baht
VAT: 61.50 baht

Total: 1,826.50 baht

and??

well for some of us that are not so quick to search and might not have the fastest internet connection in the world it is good information, not for you but then again, better to know than to not know...

There is the price he got for one trip... I will know that everyday from now on...

Well, I just booked the tickets and about 4,000 baht for 2 people to fly to BKK round trip is very cheap. It was about twice as much as the last time I did it.

Nok Air is promoting it's super cheap fares but isn't promoting it's ripoff extra taxes, fees and surcharges. Which are far more expensive than the fare!

Maybe people here don't know about this, so I thought that I'd inform them. Not as pointless as a topic like "what would your name be if you were a porn star."
