Colds and Snotty Noses

I figure in the time I've been here in this tropical climate, I have suffered far more colds than back home in the gloomy cold wet winters.

Colds really get me down, but last week, while suffering yet another sudden atack of runny nose, sneezing, and fatigue, I remembered reading something on the net about using saline solution.

It just happens that we had a bottle at home, so I gave a few squirts of the stuff up each nostrel to rinse them out.

The result was almost instant. No more runny nose, no more sneezing; I felt heaps better in next to no time.

So, next time you pick up a snotty nose from one of your snotty kids coughing and sneezing their germs onto you, give the saline solution a try. Worked heaps faster than any pills and drinks I ever taken.
