Internet connections getting worse

Where I work I've been pretty lucky in that most of the time our internet in the office has been coming in at a fairly good speed. However in the last 3 - 4 weeks it has just got stupid, painfully slow. Eg: 3.5 minutes just to get to the home page of this site, unable to open Hotmail and we won't even mention pictures/video. Now, the funny thing is that it only seems to be my station. While others around are happily surfing away, I am wanting to throw my comp out the bloody window. This has been going on for around a month now, any ideas? I have had our 2 'dedicated computer experts' (555+) look at it but of course, Sod's Law comes into effect and everything seems to work for the two minutes they are looking at it.     Rant over.

To be fair, you are on the same network as everyone else Admin... 
Yes, we have changed your desktop so you have a new one, all the parts are working when we check it, the internet is the same for everyone... 
Maybe it is something you are doing? I will find the "Other computer expert" and try one final thing... How is the netbook working?
