They do cater for foreigners there but the food quality depends on the mood of the cook... Some days it can be wonderful and some days it is awful, mind you, they do have the best steak in town when she wants to make it good...

It is not very clean in there and if you are a non-smoker I would say that you can smell the old fags far away... The ...

Last night we stopped by a little place for some food.

We've been there a few times (a while back), but ate noodle dishes etc.... last night I wanted a curry.

I ordered a chicken version of the curry (gaing ga-ree gai).

It was not a thick curry, but it was the nicest curry I've ever had here. Not just in Nakhon....... EVERY HAD in ALL of Thailand.

Why so nice???? to me, it tasted just like "Chip shop" curry back home. Great big bowl of the stuff they gave us too - so we ...

There used to be a nice little garden area to sit in which was nice enough but it did get quite warm at times. Now, the garden area is still there but they have added a nice air-conditioned area and the menu has been much improved too.

Local food, steaks (both local and imported), ostrich, lamb and salmon all beautifully cooked and tasty too. Maybe a little on the expensive side for Nakhon but very nice indeed.

So I went in and ordered a Cheese Burger.

This is the best ...

There is a new restaurant in town, well not exactly new but fairly new called Vanilla. Very clean, good food, not expensive and a nice ambience to the place ..... and they even sell beer too.

It is located behind Ocean, just a couple of doors away from Gather. Give it a try.
It gets the from me.

Pizza Company and their service

I have just ordered a chicken trio pizza and when the delivery came, it was bad tasting seafood! Don't know what happened so we phoned them up and within 30 minutes I had a proper chicken trio pizza and a B400 coupon ..... followed by a call from the manager apologizing and asking we were happy with his after service. Kudos to them.
