But here I am in KL down south, and I miss some things. Like mates, cheap (price/quality) beer, and the lawless freedom of the place. Still, my new job's medical just paid in full for my wife's caesarean birth at a luxury hospital. Don't think I'd have got that in NST. Good army hosipital there, though. KL is okay, miles better than Bkk, but still a city. Not in the same league as NST town, but at least the flix are in English and no standing is necessary before it starts. ... NST to where? A few have returned but what about all the ones who haven't? Where have they gone? Do they niss Nakhon? Are they in a better situation now or not?
